This painting depicts designs associated with the
Two Womens' Dreaming at the rockhole site of Warman, south-east of
the Kintore Community. These two women came from the south, passing
through Yuwalki. They travelled over vast areas of the desert stopping
at numerous sites along the way.
The two women camped at Warman playing the munni-munni game. This involves
clearing an area of ground and placing leaves in a pattern to represent imaginary
husbands and children, while singing the munni-munni song. This game is said
to attract eligible partners.
